Debra Pettit, founder of The PETTIT REALTY GROUP started her real estate career when her youngest daughter went to college in 2010. Specializing in farm and ranch and country subdivisions in Northern Collin and Grayson Counties, Debra is just as comfortable listing and selling metroplex properties. Clients and others say she is a tireless worker, friendly helper, knowledgeable, caring and say "she knows everyone!". Randy Pettit

Randy has his Masters Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He has been a Commercial and Land Appraiser for 38 years. He is a consultant for our team, as well as being a Commercial Realtor. He is our go-to guy for commerical buying and selling, commercial leases and farm and ranch properties. He has also participated in training classes for our brokerage. His real estate experience has been extremely valuable for our clients and our team.

Lydia Pettit Volz

Lydia is in her 6th year of real estate. She's a dynamo in the Dallas market. She's super smart and is a keen student of real estate. She earned a bachelor of Science degree from Baylor Univeristy in Interior Design. The cross over into real estate has been a wonderful way for her to serve her clients. She's been a diligent bird dog in this difficult market for first time home buyrs. Lydia comes from a real estate family, hence the maiden name. She was thrilled to become Mrs. Connor Volz in December 2021.

Kimberly Reames

Kimberly chose real estate as a career because she absolutely loves houses and negotiating. Her passion for real estate has made her a successful investor as well as advisor. She brings years of client care from her labor and delivery nursing practice to her real estate practice. Real estate has always been a dream career and passion for Casey. She joined the Pettit Group team with over 12 years of experience in corporate retail buying, planning and marketing. Casey is a graduate of Texas A&M, class of 2003 (whoop!) and a native to the DFW area. She grew up in Carrollton and has lived in Dallas, Allen, Frisco and currently Van Alstyne. Connor Volz

Connor is in his first year of real estate and primarily serves as a licensed assistant to his wife, Lydia. Connor is a seasoned leader in the business appraisal and corporate transaction spaces. His strengths include attention to detail and pushing processes forward. He and Lydia have called Dallas their home all of their lives, and call Richardson home now. Outside of business endeavors, Connor can be found serving in certain ministries, lifting weights in his garage gym, and dreaming about the next time he gets to go snow skiing.
